New Client Process:

  • We schedule an intake appointment and I provide you with a new client tax document checklist.                                                                                                                                                              

  • Conduct Intake interview- we would discuss the documents you provided, the cost of preparation and schedule a virtual  pick-up appointment.                                                                       

  • Preparation of returns are completed and sent to you via secure email for your review.                   

  • Conduct virtual pick-up appointment- This includes a line-by-line review of returns, answering of any questions and quick tax insight review for next tax year.                                   

  • Request for fee payment and signing of returns via docu-sign are issued.                                             

  • Upon receiving fees and completed docu sign document, returns are electronically filed.           

  • You are sent email confirmation of returns being filed along with client copy of filed return in PDF format.                                                                                                                                                    

  • Include in confirmation email the request for review. Let us know how we did by clicking here.
